Responsible for the administrative procedures under the competencies listed below of the offices, pursuant to L. no. 241/1990 as amended and the regulations of the Southern High School
- Skills:
– Takes care of the preliminary investigation aimed at planning for the acquisition of works;
– takes care of the preliminary investigation for the provision of general services, implementation of works and maintenance and structural work on the premises and facilities;
– Takes care of the management of basic services;
-cares for the establishment, updating and management of the Register of Economic Operators and Professionals;
-takes care of the preliminary investigation related to the design of works, services and supplies and control of proper execution, without prejudice to the duties and functions attributed to the persons in charge of the procedure and the directors of works and contractual execution;
-cares for logistics understood as the physical, informational and organizational management of movable assets;
-cares for utilities management;
-performs policy support activities pertaining to the allocation and arrangement of space in relation to its intended use;
-cares for warehouse management, movable property inventory management and discharge;
– takes care of the management of accommodation services, activities related to the allocation of accommodation to students and external guests;
– takes care of the management of complementary services to students related to their dailỳ and collegiate life moments;
– takes care of the unified management of the issuance of cards enabling access to the various services of the School with respect to faculty, students, researchers, technicians, administrative personnel and visitors authorized by the School;
– Takes care of the management of institutional classrooms and rooms and routine maintenance of related technological equipment;
– takes care of the management of services related to the video surveillance system in accordance with the regulations and agreements for time;
– cares for the support of the security department in the implementation of relevant policies with particular regard to:
-Editing and periodically updating risk assessment documents;
-Drafting and updating building emergency plans, including conducting emergency and evacuation tests;
-implementation of specific prevention interventions;
-focal point in the management of special, hazardous and non-hazardous waste;
– Maintenance and support service related to the equipment, software and networks in use;
– Provides support for local area networks under its jurisdiction and procurement of materials for the use of computer teaching equipment;
– Coordination of health surveillance of workers;
-care of self-protection proceedings, with regard to procedures under their jurisdiction;
– Support in the management of the transparent administration section for the aspects of competence;
– takes care of the telematic management of the document flow pertaining to the organizational unit with signaling, classification and protocol registration for outgoing mail;
– Management of the centralized databases (internal and external) of competence.
