Office of Budget, Accounting and Tax Compliance (UBICAF)
- Interim office manager:
Responsible for the administrative procedures under the competencies listed below of the offices, pursuant to L. no. 241/1990 as amended and the regulations of the Southern High School
- Skills:
-cares for the preparation of the annual and three-year single budget and additional preventive accounting statements required by current regulations;
-cares for the reprocessing of budget and project data to support facilities and governance;
-cares for cost analysis;
-cure driver processing and cost reversal;
-cares for accounting configurations: chart of accounts, analytical unit plan, accounting and project management;
– Takes care of budget monitoring also for public spending restraint;
– oversees the preparation of the single annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and other related final accounting statements required by applicable regulations;
– Edits changes to the economic budget and investment budget;
-cares for the management of accounting closures related to project management of activities;
– handles the management of the commercial active cycle, active invoicing and related pagoPA notices, VAT compliance;
-cares for the investigation related to the application and management of the virtual stamp;
-cares for the management of all further tax compliance;
– oversees the monitoring of liquidity, ministerial requirements and payment timeliness indicators;
– Takes care of the data management of the MEF trade receivables platform;
– takes care of the control procedures related to the reporting of expenses referred to externally funded projects also for the purpose of possible verification by the funding bodies.
-cares for the monitoring of management fact-finding activities in economic and financial accounting and analytical accounting;
-cares for the management of flows and relations with the cashiering institution and the Board of Auditors;
-cares for the remuneration treatment for all School staff, as well as the definition of tax and social security aspects;
– Taking care of fulfillments related to staff retirement and severance pay;
-care of self-protection proceedings, with regard to procedures under their jurisdiction;
-Inventory management – Issuance of loading and unloading vouchers;
-judicial accounts of accounting officers;
-Passive cycle: verification of financial coverage and recording in cost accounting and general accounting of investment expenses and all current expenses, respectively;
– Support in the management of the transparent administration section for the aspects of competence.
– takes care of the telematic management of the document flow pertaining to the organizational unit with signaling, classification and protocol registration for outgoing mail;
– Management of the centralized databases (internal and external) of competence.
